QLIF NOTE

Identifying challenges and possible solutions for organic processing

The first round Delphi Expert Survey about organic food processing, made in Subproject 5.1 had a very good response. More than 110 experts have already sent back their questionnaire. The deadline of the survey is End of November 2004. Experts in the field of processing of organic food can download the questionnaire in several languages from the Website of the QLIF Project. Here you can also find more information about the Delphi Study panel approach.

First results of the first Delphi survey will be presented at the Newcastle Conference in January 2005
