Este librillo fotográfico ha intentado abrir una ventana a las realidades de un grupo diverso de agricultoras y agricultores de olivos y almendros en Andalucía, al sur de España. A través de fotografías, interpretaciones escritas y un intenso debate, surgieron una serie de temas clave que ayudaron a comunicar al lector lo que significan la sostenibilidad y los valores para ellas y ellos en el campo. Sus percepciones de cómo han evoluciona do estos temas en los últimos cinco años ofrecen una visión de dónde se encuentran las prioridades más urgentes.
