Using status-quo and state-of-knowledge analyses, the project examines success factors, barriers and contractual relationships in cooperation between water suppliers, beverage producers and organic farming in water and drinking water protection. It is based on nationwide online surveys, interviews and focus groups. Using constellation analysis, status-quo and target constellations are developed for water supply and beverage production, strategic starting points are identified, and practice-oriented recommendations for action are derived for the water sector, beverage industry, agriculture and policy. The joint project is coordinated by DWA (FKZ 2825OE014A).
