Summary
Ziel des Vorhabens ist der modellhafte Aufbau einer regionalen Bio-Wertschöpfungskette von der Erzeugung bis zum Einsatz regional erzeugten Gemüses in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung. Durch die Möglichkeit der Privilegierung von Sozialbetrieben (Inklusionsbetriebe, anerkannte Werkstätten für Menschen mit Behinderung) in der öffentlichen Ausschreibung zur Belieferung von Kantinen soll ein Inklusionsunternehmen als Verarbeitungsbetrieb modellhaft entwickelt und im letzten Projektjahr durch Projektpartner in der Öko-Modellregion Lahn-Dill-Gießen aufgebaut werden. Dazu bedarf es der Entwicklung eines Businessplans.
