Summary
The checklist was developed in the research-and-practice project RegBio2B (September 2023 to August 2026; partners: ZALF, FU Berlin, IASP, FÖL; funded by the BMLEH under the Federal Organic Farming Programme). Drawing on interviews, farm visits and future-scenario workshops with four organic value-chain networks in Berlin-Brandenburg (Märkisches Landbrot, Bio-Gärtnerei Watzkendorf, Wukantina, Brandenburger Bio-Ei), it addresses how cooperation in bio-regional value networks can be made durable, both organisationally and interpersonally.
It is explicitly framed as a source of reflective impulses rather than a step-by-step guide. It comprises 19 "tools" in six thematic areas, each with a goal, possible measures, self-check questions, (mostly) a practice example and first points of contact.
