Artikkelen forteller om forfatterens mor, Waldtraut Stockmeyer, og stefar, Karl Döblin. De var opprinnelig fra Sør-Tyskland og Sveits, men ble invitert til å flytte til Norge i 1930. Her kjøpte de ganske snart en gård, Norde Sletner, i nærheten av Mysen i indre Østfold. Dette ble Nordens første biodynamiske gård.

The paper is a brief biobliographical story about the mother and step-father of the author. Waldtraut Stockmeyer and Karl Döblin were born in southern Germany and Switzerland, and were invited to come to Norway in 1930. They soon purchased a farm, Nordre Sletner, near Mysen in Østfold county. This became the first biodynamically managed farm in the Nordic countries.
