The goals of dissemination activities are:
i. to promote the capacity building of scientific community working on food research field by
the exchange of results, sharing of data and protocols;
ii. to boost the knowledge transfer of methodologies and technology developed by
HOFOODto the individuals working in the field of organic food (from farm to table, farmers, food processors, retailers, regulatory authorities) in order to positively impact on the performance of organizations in which they work;
iii. to translate scientific results into market opportunity by searching for new funding opportunities and investors for the project scale up.
