Ziel der Studie ist es Zwiebel-Landsorten direkt mit Hybriden hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung für den ökologischen Anbau zu vergleichen. Ergebnisse zeigen keine signifikanten Unterschiede im Ertrag zwischen den Zwiebelsorten auf. Jedoch schnitten Landsorten in Bezug auf Qualität besser ab als Hybride.

The aim of the study is to directly compare onion landraces with hybrids in terms of their suitability for organic farming. The results show no significant differences in yield between the onion varieties. However, landraces performed better than hybrids in terms of quality.
