Summary
Flydende gødninger fra biogasanlæg med hurtigt virkende kvælstof kan hæve udbytterne i økologisk planteproduktion. Der er blevet rejst tvivl om, hvorvidt den slags gødninger må bruges i økologisk jordbrug. En nærlæsning af de økologiske regler viser, at gødninger fra biogasanlæg med højt indhold af let optageligt kvælstof er i god overensstemmelse med både de økologiske principper og reglerne for økologisk produktion.
Summary translation
Liquid fertilizers from biogas plants with fast-acting nitrogen can increase yields in organic plant production. Doubts have been raised as to whether this kind of fertilizers may be used in organic farming. A close reading of the organic rules shows that fertilizers from biogas plants with a high content of easily absorbable nitrogen are in good accordance with both the organic principles and the rules for organic production.
