Summary
The scope of D1.1 initially was to describe the composition of each of the 4 Living labs (LLs) included in SCOOP. Its delivery was due to month 12.
After the first year it became clear that each LL was dynamically evolving, changing and adapting to site specific condition. As a consequence, it was decided not only to report the initial composition and plans of the LLs but to continue their description and evolution.
The outcome goes beyond the initially planned catalogue and is a complete description of LLs starting points, difficulties encountered, evolution and plans beyond the project lifespan. To be able to include the additional information, the date of delivery was moved to the end of the project.
