Ziel der Arbeit war mittels Interviews auf sechs verschiedenen Betrieben, die bereits Soziale Landwirtschaft praktizierten, die geeignete Zielgruppe für den Biohof Mahrt-Thomsen für die Soziale Landwirtschaft herauszuarbeiten, um anschließend ein geeignetes Konzepts für den Betrieb zu entwickeln.

The aim of the study was to identify the appropriate target group for Social Farming on the organic farm Mahrt-Thomsen by conducting interviews on six different farms that already practise social farming, in order to develop an appropriate concept for the farm.
