Für die Transformation des Ernährungssystems braucht es Nachhaltigkeitsexpert*innen, doch die Gestaltung von Veränderungen und die benötigten Kompetenzen sind unklar. In diesem Workshop diskutieren wir Kompetenzanforderungen mit Fachkräften und Lehrenden der ökologischen Ernährungswirtschaft.
