Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die Umsetzung der kuhgebundenen Kälberaufzucht auf 19 bayerischen Öko-Milchviehbetrieben. Neben Fragen zur Produktionstechnik wurden die Landwirt:innen hinsichtlich deren Motivation und Einschätzung befragt.

This study investigated the implementation of cow-calf-contact systems on 19 Bavarian organic dairy farms. Beside questions to production system, a main target was to explore more about farmers´ motivation and perception.
