Summary
Le marché bio européen ne cesse de croître: en 2020, il a augmenté de 15 % pour atteindre 52 milliards d’euros. De nombreux marchés nationaux ont enregistré des taux de croissance à deux chiffres. La surface agricole biologique a également augmenté. Les dernières données sur l’agriculture biologique en Europe sont disponibles dans l’annuaire statistique «The World of Organic Agriculture», qui a été présenté lors d’un événement virtuel le 15 février.
