Summary
The aim of this report is to describe the status quo of the activities related to the socio-economic value chain assessment of innovative organic and sustainable food systems in Europe. It provides an overview of the progress made within this endeavor. Besides relating to organisational and scheduling issues, it will entail an outlook on the results expected from the completed value chain assessments.
