Summary
Analysis of the implementing of the EU seed regulation in Denmark, and the relation to the International Treaty of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture (ITPGRFA) and United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Peasants and Other People Working in Rural Areas (UNDROP). The author conclude that the administration of the EU seed directives in Denmark in the example of Landsorten has been coherent with ITPGRFA and UNDROP.
