Innen jordbærproduksjon er det ofte store utfordringer med soppsykdommer som gråskimmel (Botrytis) og melddugg. Dette kan føre til store avlingstap og tapt inntjening for produsentene. Derfor brukes det betydelige mengder med kjemiske sprøytemidler. Et lovende alternativ er ozonholdig vann.

In strawberry production, there are often major challenges with fungal diseases such as gray mold (Botrytis) and powdery mildew. This can lead to large crop losses and reduced profits for the producers. Therefore, significant amounts of chemical pesticides are used. A promising alternative is ozone-containing water.
