Summary
This web article informs ruminant farmers and ruminant afiocionados about the results of an experiment carried out by the University of Catania within the ProYoungStock project. The aim of the experiment was to assess if the effect of an organic feeding strategy such as supplementing dietary tannins to dairy cows would have a different effect on the quality of cheese according to the grazing season under the Mediterranean climate.
