Summary
In this video, Dr. László Palík, owner of the organic farm Vadalmás discusses pre-harvest cleaning and disinfection of warehouses, namely with dusting machinery, flamethrowers and fogging machines with orange oil. Sampling of the grain lots and quality checks follow in the process, before lots are registered and stored separately from each other. Best practices for the handling of several types of seeds are also discussed, such as cooling and warming processes, drying temperatures and pest management techniques and machinery.
