Summary
Andrea Beste untersuchte in den letzten 15 Jahren selbst über 400 Standorte in Europa – vorwiegend in Deutschland – auf den Zustand der Bodenstruktur. Das geschah im Auftrag von Lebensmittelfirmen, Universitäten und Landwirtschaftskammern oder im Rahmen von Fortbildungsseminaren zum Bodenschutz für Landwirte. In einer Studie stellt die freie Wissenschaftlerin und Beraterin aktuelles Datenmaterial und Schlussfolgerungen aus verschiedenen europäischen Forschungsprojekten zum Zustand der Böden vor, die in den letzten Jahren abgeschlossen wurden. Die Ergebnisse sind besorgniserregend. Viele Böden, zeigen regelrechte Burn-out-Symptome. Die Ergebnisse der Studie werden hier vorgestellt.

Over the last 15 years, Andrea Beste examined more than 400 sites in Europe - mainly in Germany - for the condition of the soil structure. This was done on behalf of food companies, universities and chambers of agriculture or as part of training seminars on soil protection for farmers. In a study, the freelance scientist and consultant presents current data material and conclusions from various European research projects on the condition of soils that have been completed in recent years. The results are worrying. Many soils, show real symptoms of burn-out. The results of the study are presented here.
