Summary

Summary translation

Strip cultivation offers opportunities to improve the yield and resilience of crops. In 2018 Inagro, together with ILVO, started a first trial with organic cultivation of celeriac and leeks. The effect of alternative fertilization based on green waste streams was also tested. The initial findings are positive. There were no differences in levels or disease and pest pressure. However, the yield was higher in strip cultivation.
