Insgesamt wurden elf biologisch-dynamische (in Fortsetzung eines Projekts im Jahre 1993/94) sowie zehn konventionelle Möhren-Proben des Einzelhandels auf folgende Parameter untersucht:
- Einzelmöhrengewicht
- Trockenmassegehalt (TM-Gehalte)
- Rohproteingehalt
- Nitratgehalt
- Zuckergehalt (Glucose, Fructose, Saccharose)
- Mineralstoffgehalt (Phosphor, Calcium, Kalium)
- Anteil marktfähiger Ware
