Summary
Bu çalışmada organik olarak üretilen Sultani Çekirdeksiz üzüm çeşidinin farklı toprak işleme, kültürel işlemler ve toprak iyileştirici materyallerin verim ve kalite üzerine etkileriyle birlikte tesis ve üretim maliyetleri üzerindeki etkileri ele alınmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda en yüksek tesis maliyeti 3.625,25 TL ile Zeolit+Pulluk uygulamasında bulunurken en düşük maliyet 3.170,43 TL ile kontrol (Konvansiyonel-Zeolitsiz Pulluk) uygulamasında tespit edilmiştir. Kontrolden sonraki tesis masrafı 3.400,45 ile Çizel uygulamasına aittir. En yüksek çekirdeksiz kuru üzüm maliyeti 2,60 TL/kg ile Z1P (Zeolit+Pulluk) uygulamasında olurken en düşük çekirdeksiz kuru üzüm maliyeti 1.43 TL/kg ile kontrol (Konvansiyonel-Zeolitsiz Pulluk) uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Kontrol uygulamasını 1.84 TL/kg ile Z1Ç (Zeolit+Toprağı Çizerek işleme) ve Z0Ç (Toprağı Çizerek işleme) uygulaması takip etmiştir. Organik çekirdeksiz kuru üzüm yetiştiriciliğinde hem tesis masrafı hem kuru üzüm üretim maliyetleri açısından toprağı çizerek işleme uygulamaları ön plana çıkmaktadır.
Summary translation
In this study, effects of different soil management, cultural practices and soil enhancement materials on yield, quality and establishment and production costs were investigated. At the result the highest establishment cost was determined in Zeolit+plowl plot with 3,625.25 TL and the lowest establishment cost was determined in control plot with 3,170.43 TL. While the highest production cost was determined Z1P plot (Zeolit + Plow) with 2.60 TL/Kg, the lowest production cost was determined control plot with 1.43 TL/Kg. Z1Ç (Zeolit + furrow tillage) and Z0Ç (furrow tillage) were followed the control plot. Furrow tillage management practices come to the forefront, both establishment and production cost of the organic raisin production.
