Summary
Auf der Biofach 2006 in Nürnberg (Deutschland) wurden die wichtigsten Trends im europäischen Biomarkt vorgestellt. Vor allem Discounter und Biosupermärkte sind die neuen Triebkräfte der Biomarktentwicklung in Europa. An beiden fehlt es in der Schweiz weitgehend.
