Summary
I ORIGIN-projektet undersøgte forskere fra Institut for Husdyr- og Veterinærvidenskab ved Aarhus Universitet fem niveauer af fordøjeligt lysin – fra 6,1 til 7,7 g SID lysin pr. foderen-hed – hos slagtegrise fra ca. 30 kg til slagtning.
Forsøgene omfattede 150 grise i et produktionsforsøg og 30 grise i intensive balance- og respirationsforsøg.
