Summary
L'eau est la base de la vie. Elle joue aussi un rôle central en agriculture, tant en production végétale qu'animale, ou encore dans la transformation de produits agricoles. Or la disponibilité de cette précieuse ressource évolue avec le changement climatique: des périodes de sécheresse plus longues, des précipitations différemment réparties ainsi que des fortes pluies plus fréquentes placent les exploitations face à d'importants défis.
