Summary

The video shows how farms experiment with new crops like soybeans and sunflowers, explore agroforestry systems such as Viti-Forst, and improve soil health, carbon sequestration and biodiversity through legumes, clover grass and cover crops. The video also looks at the complex debate around livestock, methane emissions and sustainable grassland management. Produced during Climate Week, organized by Grünlandzentrum and Bioland, this film highlights the diversity of approaches within the European ClimateFarmDemo network.
