Summary
En tant que méthode prometteuse pour adapter nos systèmes alimentaires au changement climatique, l'agroforesterie contribue de manière significative à la réduction des risques. Les arbres régulent la température, protègent contre l'érosion et augmentent la rétention d'eau dans le sol. Cela crée un microclimat favorable qui protège les plantes du stress thermique et de la sécheresse et stabilise la productivité à long terme.
