Summary
Sabine Bourgeois Bach et Flavien Bach nous partagent leurs expériences du pâturage tournant dynamique au service d’un lait bas carbone. Avec 150 vaches laitières, ils valorisent au mieux les prairies en fractionnant les parcelles et en adaptant la rotation selon la croissance de l’herbe.
Pour piloter ce système, ils utilisent l’herbomètre, un outil de mesure de la hauteur d’herbe, essentiel pour décider quelles parcelles pâturer ou faucher, et ajuster les rations.
