Summary
Didier et Amandine font de l'élevage et de l'engraissement de bovins charolais. Ils ont environ 55 vêlages par an sur 118 hectares, dont 100 hectares de prairies et une vingtaine de cultures destinées à la production de paille et d’aliments pour le bétail. Leur approche pour réduire l’empreinte carbone repose sur trois leviers principaux :
Le pâturage tournant et hivernal, l’amélioration de la gestion du troupeau, et la valorisation des haies bocagères.
