Summary
Der Schweizer Obstverband hat erkannt, dass fundierte Grundlagen für Richtpreisverhandlungen unerlässlich sind. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde beschlossen, für jede Obstkategorie eine eigene Arbeitsgruppe Betriebswirtschaft zu gründen. Als Vorbild diente dabei die bereits seit Langem bestehende und richtungsweisende Arbeitsgruppe (AG) Betriebswirtschaft (BW) Beeren. Die AG BW Mostobst wurde 2024 offiziell vom Obstverband gegründet, die Gründung der AG BW Kernobst folgte in 2025 und 2026 folgt voraussichtlich die AG BW Steinobst.
