Summary
In the ClimateFarmDemo project, farmers select climate measures that are tailored to their specific farms. Siw Fasting from the Grünlandzentrum in Germany has developed a card set featuring 100 measures for climate protection and adaptation, specifically relevant for Northern Germany. In this video, she explains how the card set is used in workshops: First, participating farmers get to know all the measures and sort them based on feasibility. Next, they evaluate the relevance of each measure for their own farm before developing individual plans in the final step and discussing them with their peers. This method enables practical and customized solutions for climate-friendly farming practices while fostering knowledge exchange among farmers.
