Summary

Milk fatty‑acid profiles across 75 EU dairy farms were modeled using a machine‑learning workflow that identified key management factors influencing intrinsic milk quality. Higher concentrate intake, higher stocking density, and greater milk yield increased n‑6 fatty acids and the n‑6:n‑3 ratio, while more grazing, lower dry‑matter and maize‑silage intake, and organic production improved ALA, EPA, and other n‑3 fatty acids.
