Summary
The dataset contains anthracnose disease, yields and field mangement data from white lupin (Lupinus albus) variety trials under organic growing conditions in Switzerland from 2017 to 2024. We compared white lupin varieties grown in areas with a high incidence of anthracnose disease (caused by Colletotrichum lupini). Therefore, the yield level observed in these experiments does not represent the crop's full yield potential.
The dataset is available as single SQLite file (2017-2024) and individual Excel files for each year on Zenodo. Please follow the URL link: https://zenodo.org/records/15676271.
