Foreløbige sensoriske analyser fra PEAS&LOVE projektet indikerer det store smagsmæssige potentiale der ligger i den store diversitet af ærter der arbejdes med i projektet. Især gråærter har nogle smagsnuancer som har stort potentiale til konsum. Sorterne 'Rainbow', 'Sirius' samt landracerne 'Brunært fra Nakskov' og 'Lollandsk rosin' er blandt de særligt velsmagende ærter i projektet.


Summary translation

Preliminary sensory analyses from the PEAS&LOVE project indicate the great flavor potential found in the wide diversity of peas being studied in the project. In particular, grey peas have flavor nuances with significant potential for consumption. The varieties 'Rainbow', 'Sirius', as well as the landraces 'Brunært fra Nakskov' and 'Lollandsk rosin', are among the especially tasty peas in the project.
