In 2023 approximately 23% of Estonian agricultural land is managed organically, with around two thousand farms engaged in organic production. Although there was a slight decline in both figures last year, Estonia remains among the top in Europe in terms of organic land share. Around two hundred companies were involved in the processing of organic raw materials, and the number of organic caterers is on the rise.
