LegoLux - Suitability of grain legumes as regional animal food for organic agriculture in Luxembourg

From 2011- 2014 different grain legume species (faba bean, pea, blue lupin, soybean) were sown in autumn and in spring, both in pure stand and in mixture with cereals in a field trial. Yield, protein content and protein yield of the grain legume species and of the following crop winter wheat were assessed.
