A presentation of the term Ecosystem Resilience and its importance in an agricutlural context. Agroecosystems, as well as natural ecosystems, are only resilient (and thus able to function over time and with disturbance) if the systems have a high degree of biodiversity. The term Functional redundancy is also included.
