In drei Bundesländern (HE, SH, BW) wurde eine Flächenbilanzierung des externen Nährstoffbedarfs im Ökolandbau durchgeführt und mit Ermittlung der Nährstoffpotenziale in gütegesicherten, für den Ökolandbau geeigneten Biogut- und Grüngutkomposten die teilweise Deckung dieses Bedarfs aufgezeigt.

In three German states (HE, SH, BW), an area balance of the external nutrient demand in organic agriculture was carried out and the partial coverage of this demand was shown by determining the nutrient potentials in quality-assured biowaste and green waste composts suitable for organic agriculture.
