Summary

ROAM-FREE is addressing challenges and benefits of free roaming pigs in a European context. The project combines different livestock with pigs outside. ROAM-FREE will also combine different crops, for example chicory roots, and also forestry, agroforestry in combination with outdoor pig-rearing. Roam-Free will be looking at existing farming systems mainly.
