Summary
In deze survey werden van kipproducten van biologische teelt het besmettingspercentage bepaald op de aanwezigheid van Salmonella spp. en Campylobacter spp. Daartoe werden in 2003 in de detailhandel 179 monsters genomen van kipproducten. In vergelijking met monsters van reguliere kipproducten blijkt een significant lagere besmetting met Salmonella spp. en een significant hogere besmetting met Campylobacter spp.
Summary translation
In this survey poultry products from organic production were investigated for Salmonella and Campylobacter. For this purpose 179 samples were taken throughout the year 2003 in retail shops. It appears that samples from organic origin are significantly lower contaminated with Salmonella but contain significantly higher levers Campylobacter.
