Summary
Dumeco, De Groene Weg en Albert Heijn willen gezamenlijk derving in het schap voorkomen voor de biologische varkensvleesketen. Onder derving wordt verstaan: prijsderving. Prijsderving ontstaat door: afprijzing op de door de TGTM-code aangegeven dag dat de houdbaarheid van het product verstrijkt en afvoer zodra de houdbaarheidsdatum verstreken is. Derving in de biologische varkensvleesketen is op productniveau tot 4 maal hoger dan bij gangbare vers vleesproducten! Dit wordt veroorzaakt door de lage en sterk wisselende omloopsnelheid van het biologisch (varkens)vleesassortiment.
