Summary
Het project beoogt een herkenbaar biologisch concept, middels de creatie van een eigen niche, te ontwikkelen. Dit onderscheidend concept biedt ruimte voor extra ‘meer waarde’. Er zal gekeken worden naar productontwikkeling en naar verpakking. Het gaat er hierbij om een verpakking te kiezen die het product qua uitstraling kan ondersteunen en die recht doet aan het biologisch karakter. Een combinatie van een goed product met een goede (passende) uitstraling zal de slagingskans in de handelskanalen vergroten.
