De Nederlandse biologische eiersector wil de vraag naar Nederlandse biologische eieren stimuleren in zowel de Nederlandse als de Duitse markt. In beide markten is het primaire doel het marktaandeel uit te breiden en daarnaast de herkenbaarheid van het Nederlandse product in de Duitse markt vergroten. Onderzocht werd in hoeverre en hoe de biologische eieren op een sterkere manier in de ze markten kunnen worden gezet, zodanig dat het biologische ei interessant wordt voor een bredere doelgroep. Er werd gekozen voor een kwalitief consumentenonderzoek in Nederland en Duitsland.

The Dutch organic egg industry wants to stimulate the demand for Dutch organic eggs in both the Dutch and German markets. In both markets the primary aim is to increase the market share, besides which the industry wants to raise the profile of the Dutch product in the German market.
