Summary
Die Ökobilanz ist eine beliebte Methode, die zur Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung eingesetzt wird. In diesem FiBL Focus Short erklären wir, was Ökobilanzen eigentlich sind und was in Bezug auf Landwirtschaft dabei zu beachten ist. In dem FiBL Faktenblatt «Biolandbau und Nachhaltigkeit- Ökobilanzierung biologischer Lebensmittel» wurde von den Autoren untersucht, wieso es beim Vergleich von Bioprodukten und konventionellen Produkten zu Unterschieden kommen kann und wo die Methode bislang an ihre Grenzen stösst.
