Summary

Summary translation

Can a soil carbon calulator benefit agriculture? Soil carbon is in focus and an buzz word The organic matter of agricultural soils is a giant carbon bank/stock. With the Carbon Calculator you can estimate the carbon stock in the soil based on data from farm soil analyses. This is to know how much carbon Norwegian farmers manage in their soil and to be able to say something about changes over time. Knowledge about this can contribute to more targeted measures for carbon sequestration and storage and as part of climate work.
