Summary
Pour bon nombre de maraîchers et de maraîchères, la conservation des légumes est d’une grande importance pour prolonger la saison des produits locaux. Outre les légumes-racines, il est également possible de stocker les légumes-feuilles tels que le pain de sucre et le cicorino rosso/radicchio.
