Summary
Als Zielstellung wurde in mehrjährigen Gefäß- und Feldversuchen geprüft, welche Wechselwirkungen bei fortgesetztem Anbau von legumen und nichtlegumen Zwischenfrüchten sowie organischer Düngung (Kompost, Stalldung, Gülle) auf den Nährstoffumsatz im Boden sowie auf Ertrag und Qualität der nachgebauten Hauptfrüchte sich entwickelt haben. Die Nachwirkung dieser Anbaukombinationen wurden bis zu acht Jahre detailliert dargestellt, da sehr interessante und aktuelle Ergebnisse ermittelt werden konnten. Die Veröffentlichung richtet sich an Einrichtungen zur Beratung und Forschung zum ökologischen Landbau.
Summary translation
As an objective, multi-year pot and field trials were conducted to examine the interactions that developed with continued cultivation of leguminous and non-leguminous catch crops as well as organic fertilization (compost, stable manure, slurry) on the nutrient turnover in the soil as well as on the yield and quality of the succeeding main crops. The nutrient delivery effects of these cropping combinations were analyzed in detail for a period of eight years, as very interesting and up-to-date results could be obtained. The publication is aimed at institutions for consulting and research on organic farming.
