Summary
Ziel des Beitrages ist es, die für Beratungsprogramme (BEFU, BESyD, CCB) hinterlegten Richtwerttabellen und Parametersätze zu überarbeiten, neue Entwicklungen aufzuzeigen sowie die wichtigsten Literaturquellen zusammenfassend darzustellen. Auf Grund des Nachholbedarfs trifft das besonders für den ökologischen Landbau zu. Folgende Parameterdatensätze wurden ausführlich beschrieben:
- Nährstoffgehalte der Haupt- und Nebenprodukte der Fruchtarten und Zwischenfrüchte
- Nährstoffgehalte der Wirtschafts- und Handelsdünger
- Ertragsabhängige EWR-Mengen der Fruchtarten
- Abbauverhalten und Humifizierungskoeffizienten von Fruchtarten und organischen Materialien
- N-Freisetzung aus organischen Materialien
- N-Effizienzen von Anbausystemen mit mineralischer und organischer Düngung.
Die Veröffentlichung richtet sich an Einrichtungen der Praxis, Beratung und Forschung.
Summary translation
The aim of the paper is to revise the reference value tables and parameter sets deposited for advisory programs (BEFU, BESyD, CCB), to point out new developments and to summarize the most important literature sources. Because of the need to catch-up, this is especially true for organic farming. The following parameter data sets were described in detail:
- Nutrient contents of the main and by-products of the crop and catch crop species.
- Nutrient contents of the farm and commercial fertilizers
- Yield-dependent crop and root residue amounts of the crop species
- Decomposition behavior and humification coefficients of crop species and other organic materials
- N release from organic materials
- N efficiencies of cropping systems with mineral and organic fertilization.
The publication is addressed to institutions of practice, consulting and research.
