Formålet med dette notat er at identificere forskellige indkøbsmønstre, dvs. hvilke fødevarer fra forskellige fødevaregrupper og i hvilke mængder, der indgår i hvilke kost mønstre. Dette skal danne grundlag for at der skal estimeres klima-og miljøaftryk på kostmønstre i projektet SustainOrganic.


Summary translation

The purpose of this report is to identify different food composition patterns, ie. which foods from different food groups and in what amounts are included in which diet patterns. This will form the basis for estimating climate and environmental footprints on dietary patterns in the SustainOrganic project.
